Ray Starling, Program Manager of Hawaii Energy, announced that rebates would be offered for Whole House Fans. Mr. Starling made the surprise announcement while a guest on SolarGuy Radio 1080 AM, during the morning program hosted by SolarGuy Jeff Davis.
