Island Cooling is dedicated to selling products of the highest quality. Everything we sell is guaranteed against material and workmanship defects for at least one year. Island Cooling does not refund installation and/or removal fees and charges under any circumstances.

Whole House & Island Fans are covered by a limited manufacturer’s guarantee of 2 year for the fan motor and 10 years for all other parts. In addition, Island Cooling will refund the purchase price on all undamaged fan products returned within 90 days of purchase.

Solar Guard insulation is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee of 1 year. This guarantee is limited to the exchange of the defective materials with new materials. Island Cooling will accept the return of unused whole bales of insulation for 90 days after the date of purchase, less a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
